Eligibility for BoostCashTM
Upgrade MoneyTM customers may access BoostCashTM advances by meeting the requirements below. Advance amounts vary and are subject to eligibility and approval.
To determine whether you are eligible, we consider the following:
1. Are you in an eligible state?
You must be a resident of one of the following states to be eligible for BoostCashTM: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DE, FL, HI, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WV, WY
2. Are you receiving Eligible Direct Deposits?
To be an Eligible direct deposit: "Eligible Direct Deposits" is a deposit to your Checking Account opened through Upgrade by Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) or real-time payment (“RTP”) that you receive on a regular schedule, such as weekly, monthly, every two weeks or any other schedule we are able to detect from your employer, payroll, or benefits provider, or gig economy payer OR a deposit by Original Credit Transaction (“OCT”) from your gig economy payer in the amount or with the evidence described below. Deposits must come from one source, i.e. one employer or one payer. One-time direct deposits, including tax refunds, bank cash transfer, bank verification or trial deposits, peer-to-peer transfers from services, such as PayPal or Venmo, merchant transactions, mobile check deposits, and cash loads or deposits are not Eligible Direct Deposits.
Below outlines the amount of eligible direct deposits you may need to receive your first cash advance or subsequent cash advances. These requirements or offers may change from time to time. Offers are subject to approval.

3. Are you in Good Standing with Upgrade generally, not delinquent or negative on any accounts through Upgrade, or have any recent Bankruptcies?
You must be in good standing to be eligible for BoostCashTM. To determine your standing your account activity for any products offered through Upgrade (such as other deposit accounts, cards, or loans) is reviewed, including, but not limited to any holds, suspensions, or other restrictions, negative balances, delinquent accounts, charge offs and bankruptcies, as well as any other unusual activities.

All changes are effective immediately when we post them on this page. We may notify you of any such change when required by applicable law.
