Women in FinTech
Our purpose is to support women coworkers, friends, and allies within Upgrade and our communities. Women in FinTech is a safe space for women to develop and enhance leadership skills to apply in their current role, or better position themselves for advancement within the FinTech community.
AAPI
Our Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) employee resource group cultivates an awareness of, and support for AAPI employees at Upgrade by advocating for professional growth, representation, and visibility of AAPI team members. We aim to create a space for those who share similar cultural experiences.
Hispanic Heritage
Hispanic Heritage collaborates on ways to support the Hispanic community, share resouces and support Upgrade’s mission for our team members and the broader Hispanic community.
Black Professionals
Our purpose is to support Upgrade’s mission for our black professional team members. We identify opportunities and support social initiatives that positively impact our team members and the black community.
Pride
Our purpose is to support Upgrade LGBTQ+ team members, friends, and allies within Upgrade and our communities. We create a safe, representative work environment for individuals that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
